1.3 How do I search for a product?
All the products on Market and Report are assigned to categories in order to make it easier to find products relevant to your area of interest. Our home page contains the top-level categories to which our products have been allocated. You may select a category in which you would like to search. If you do not wish to browse our categories in order to reduce the number of results returned, you can also use our search function to locate a specific product. Enter the product name and start search. Alternatively you can input keywords relevant to the subject that you are attempting to find a product on.
2. Ordering and Delivery
2.1 What ordering methods are available?
There are four ordering methods available:
A. Order Online - This order method is the fastest and leads to a faster dispatch of your product. First choose a delivery option for your chosen report, such as online delivery or hard copy mail delivery. Then click the Add to Cart button to begin the ordering process. The Shopping Cart will hold this product and any other choices until you decide to Proceed to Checkout. You can access your Shopping Cart from the cart link to the right of the Welcome message and your name on the overhead part of any page. You can modify your delivery options in the Shopping Cart by changing your delivery selection for the respective product. You can also change the quantity of the report. Once you've completed your choices here, click the Confirmation Order button.
B. Order by Fax – Fax order forms can be downloaded from product pages by clicking on the "Order by Fax" link.
C. Request Pro-forma invoice - If you wish you may request a pro-forma invoice before placing your order. Please send all your details and the product details to report@marketandreport.com
D. Order by Post – Download a fax order form from the relevant product page by clicking on 'Order by fax' and post the completed form to Company's address.
2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?
Items purchased for online delivery are normally available as soon as your order is processed. Items that are emailed to you by the publisher or purchased for ground shipping are normally delivered within 2-3 business days. Note for first-time buyers: For your security, please note you will be contacted within one business day to verify your information prior to delivery of your first purchase. If you make your first purchase over a weekend or holiday, you will be contacted the following business day.
2.3 Is it possible to buy a section of this product?
Market and Report only sells products in their entirety to ensure that results are not taken out of context. In general, the value of most sections in a report is greatly enhanced when seen in the context of the entire report.
2.4 I have not received my electronic report yet, what should I do?
In order to ensure the successful delivery of your order please ensure that there is adequate room in your inbox to receive our email. Also, check that your email account is configured to receive both PDF and Word document attachments. It may be necessary to contact your administrator to ensure the email will not be trapped by a spam filter.
2.5 Do you offer discounts?

2.6 How much extra am I paying for publications bought through us as opposed to direct from the publisher?
Absolutely nothing. We maintain a strict policy of selling publications at the same price offered by the publishers themselves.
3. Registration and Account
3.1 What is registration for?
Registration gives you access to report descriptions, tables of contents, and charts and graphs selected. This Report feature for keywords and phrases.
3.2 How do I register?
It's easy to register with Market and Report. Visit our "my account" page and simply enter your details. The next time you visit our website, you can log in with the details you created at registration by entering the email address and password to access yourMarket and Report Account.
3.3 Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Password forgotten? Click here" link on the login page and your password will be emailed to the email address provided during registration.
3.4 How can I change my account information?
It is easy to update or amend the details that you have provided us with. Once you have logged into your Research account you can select to "Edit My Contact Information" where you can amend any details if necessary.
4. Policy
4.1 What is your Refund policy?
Due to the nature of information products and the ease with which their value can be transferred, many of client publishers will not accept returns under any circumstances.
4.2 What is your return Policy?
Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered or the email dispatched. Try to read all available information about a report and click on 'Contact us' under the report title with any questions before placing an order.
4.3 What is your cancellation Policy?
In general we cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has been placed however occasionally we will consider the cancellation of an order on an individual order basis.

5.1 What information is collected about me?
When you register, sign up for our Alert Me service, or place an order, we collect your name, email, company, contact information, and address, and when ordering, credit card information. Your IP address is also recorded when you visit the site. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
